Festival Hours

Saturday,  September 19 – 10:45 am – 5:00 pm

Vendor/Exhibitor Access

• Saturday morning at 7 am (Event kicks off at 10:45 am)
• All setup vehicles off the festival grounds by 9:15 am on Saturday
• All Vendors must be open by 11 am but may open earlier
• All Vendors must remain open until 5 pm and taken down before 8:00 pm on Saturday

As a potential vendor/exhibitor you should know:

• Exhibits must be manned during all assigned hours
• Exhibits must remain set up until closing Saturday at 5 pm
• Booth dividers will be provided between exhibits
• Unloading  is allowed by vendor/exhibitor area but you must then move your vehicle to the designated parking area  
• No vehicles allowed on the festival site from 10:45 am to 5 pm Saturday
• No generators allowed
• No pets of any kind. Working guide dogs permitted.
• Certificate of Insurance naming RE-fest/City of Austin as additional insured is suggested for all vendors and required for food vendors
• Preference given to eco friendly products and services
• Cancellations will be charged a 20% cancellation fee; no refunds after July 10, 2009

• No food can be prepared or sold from exhibitor booths - potential food vendors should contact Lynn Cunningham at 507-437-4204 for details specific to food vending at RE-fest.
