RE●fest Vendor and Exhibitor Guidelines

Festival Hours

Saturday,  September 20 – 8:30 am – 8 pm (Vendor/Exhibitor Tent closes at 6 pm)

 

Vendor/Exhibitor Access

  • Friday  September 19th 4- 7 pm and Saturday morning at 7-8 am
  • All vehicles off the festival grounds by 8:15 am on Saturday.
  • Exhibits must be taken down after 6 pm and before 8 pm on Saturday

 

We strongly urge you to set up on Friday.  Saturday morning set up time (7am-8am) passes very quickly and we are very serious about all vehicles off the festival midway by 8:15 am Saturday morning.

 

As a potential vendor/exhibitor you should know:

  • Exhibits must be named during all assigned hours
  • Exhibits must remain set up until closing Saturday at 6 pm
  • Booth dividers will be provided between exhibits
  • Unloading  is allowed by vendor/exhibitor tent but you must then move your vehicle to the designated parking area  
  • No vehicles allowed on the festival site from 8:15 am to 6 pm Saturday
  • Security will be provided by students of the Law Enforcement program but we advise bringing your most valuable equipment the day of the event
  • No generators allowed
  • No pets of any kind. Working guide dogs only permitted.
  • Certificate of Insurance naming RE-fest/City of Austin as additional insured is suggested for all vendors and required for food vendors
  • Preference given to eco friendly products and services
  • Cancellation requires 30 day notice and 20% cancellation fee; less than 30 days no refund
  • No food can be prepared or sold from exhibitor booths - potential food vendors should contact Lynn Cunningham at 507-437-4204 for details specific to food vending at RE-fest.

 

Application Deadlines

  • by June 15 to be listed in Exhibitor section of the event program
    (Company name & website or phone number)
  • by July 15 to be kind to the coordinator
  • after July 15 at your own risk
